The location was amazing, could not have been happier. So close to everything that was needed. Amazing value for money, the room was a good size and had a great view out the window. Was very happy!

The personnel was very helpful. My flight was cancelled and moved to next day, I was able to stay for one more night without problems. The breakfast was good. The location is fantastic. I have no complaints about my stay in Pensão Nova Goa.

This was our another in a row staying at this place. Nothing can beat the location and value. It's plain but an ideal place for a 2-3 night stay in the heart of Lisbon, an excellent base camp to explore the city. Highly recommend. And we are already booked in for October. Good location, room was better than we thought it wood be. Good size, good storage and good lighting. Plenty of sockets hot water and pressure with the shower. Was very clean and towels changed daily. Would recommend for a good price for a Lisbon break.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was right in the center. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view. The room was huge with a huge bathroom. I would choose this every time I'm in Lisbon. It was worth all the money. The breakfast was enough and tasty.

Excellent location close to trams, buses & trains and heaps of great restaurants. The breakfast was very satisfying and also had good coffee. Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Great value in the centre of Lisbon.

"Nova Goa is in the very middle of the historical part of the city, facilities are correct."

Breakfast was simple but well designed, missed some vegetables, apart of that this is the breakfast everyone used to eat every morning, so no questions about anything.We enjoyed the location very much. It is in the very heart of the city, all the monuments and locations are in walking distances, commuting is very easy from there.This is not the Hilton, the hotel is in the historical part of the city so do the experience. Anyway, the cleanliness of the room was excellent, maintenance was well done every day.Next time I will go there for sure.
