"Wonderful"

The location is really great. Everything what you need is near hotel (metro station, bus station, train station, grocery store, restaurants…). Room was really clean, and workers are really kind.

Incredibly clean hotel and rooms.Rooms are cleaned and wiped every day.Towels are changed every day.Bed sheets changed every third day.Excellent location in the very center.Excellent breakfast.Excellent staff and the hotel.Warm recommendation.

The personnel was very helpful. My flight was cancelled and moved to next day, I was able to stay for one more night without problems. The breakfast was good. The location is fantastic. I have no complaints about my stay in Pensão Nova Goa.

Location is very good. Close to Metro, Bus Stop and Taxi. You can find a choice of food outlets around the corner. Rooms are very good as I have stayed several times in different rooms. Staff is very friendly and polite.

I have stayed at this hotel for approximately 15 years now and always found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Love the simplicity of the rooms which have been recently upgraded. Very clean and neat and tidy. Breakfast good in the mornings. Highly recommended. Raul is especially helpful on reception - always a warm welcome from him.

Breakfast was simple but well designed, missed some vegetables, apart of that this is the breakfast everyone used to eat every morning, so no questions about anything.We enjoyed the location very much. It is in the very heart of the city, all the monuments and locations are in walking distances, commuting is very easy from there.This is not the Hilton, the hotel is in the historical part of the city so do the experience. Anyway, the cleanliness of the room was excellent, maintenance was well done every day.Next time I will go there for sure.

The location was fabulous, close to everything we walk everywhere.The room was comfortable and clean .Breakfast was very standard, good enough to start the day.The receptionist was very nice and friendly

Location was excellent, i.e. close to old town, as expected. The breakfast - a surprising bonus, People were very nice and thoughtful, showed great attention to cleanliness keeping quite discrete.
